A bright sunny day

I watched the Budget speech by the Chancellor and was impressed by the seriousness of her delivery. As to the efficacy of it, it will take time to evaluate it.

Later, we went out for afternoon tea and a walk/scooter along the Dundee waterfront. The setting sun highlighted the river, waves and clouds.
