Dundee Tapestry

A dry afternoon

After lunch we went to the V&A Design Museum to have a look at the Dundee Tapestry exhibition, which had returned this month. Over 140 volunteer Stitchers created 35 panels of amazing scenes depicting scenes and themes about Dundee.

This one commemorates the lives of inventors, explorers and scientists etc. you can see the HMS Discovery of Antarctic exploration fame. (Best if viewed in large screen)
