Beachy Head

R's niece and nephew came to stay last night and we did a planned walk today (without R as he sensibly rested his knee.... but did meet us at the Tiger). They walked Seaford to the Tiger with us last yr and today we got the bus to Eastbourne and walked to the Tiger, so completing Seaford to Eastbourne section. A picnic at Birling Gap, drink at Tiger and bus back to Seaford. So lovely to catch up and enjoy the beautiful Sussex coast together.
