The rhododendrons spilling over our side fence have been better than ever this year. They are just about past their peak but this will give you some idea.
It's Blackheath Rhododendron Festival tomorrow. I think it's the longest running in NSW except for the Covid years. 
The parade conveniently goes past our house and back in the day it was really something. The Safety and Fun Police have just about put it out of business but I expect there will be something to look at tomorrow.

Today I went to the pool for the first time for a while. I'm not getting much exercise as can't walk far with my sciatica and even swimming is difficult but I did manage to get a bit of a work out and feel better for it. 
And I had a much needed haircut :-)
