A bit of sunshine

Osteopath this morning, and I was given an only good workout.  Another appointment made for later in the month.

This afternoon we went over to Go Outdoors so I could get a new warm “out with my camera” padded jacket.  I baulked at the price, but bit the bullet and bought a good quality Rab.  The sleeves are always too long but the cuffs are elasticated and adjustable.

I had a bad night last night thinking about my friend.  Vascular dementia patient survival is about five years from diagnosis so she’ll probably not make old bones, which  is sobering and rather scary.
