Chatsworth Estate…

… Looking lovely in sunshine.

I went to the farm shop. (All done up for Christmas). It looks beautiful, so what did I buy? Not a lot. (Ok, a custard slice).
I could hear my late Mum’s voice in my head, ‘HOW much??’ :-)
She would follow up, in fairness with, ‘oh go on then, you can only spend it once’.

So I did. She would have applauded.

Anyway, it’s chip night, so you can’t go too overboard with other goodies. (I know… I know… there are 650 calories in a custard slice… I’ll be sharing it, honestly).

The wine forecast is looking a bit left-overish. (I’m afraid Hallowe’en stress pushed me towards a small glass yesterday).

I see the sky is gearing up for a gorgeous sunset here, so Happy Friday one and all :-)
