I H**e Hallowe’en…

… I’m filled with anxiety and stress. I know it’s stupid of me.
Does anybody actually do a ‘trick’ or a ‘treat’? (What constitutes a ‘trick’ anyway?).
What do you say to a trick? (‘Well done child. You did a trick’?).

Or. (Horrified emoji).
Is it me who’s supposed to do the business with the performing arts?
‘Friends, Romans, countrymen…Hat, rabbit, rabbit, hat’…

Oh. I shall be so pleased when it’s over.

Bring back bobbing in a barrel of cold water for apples.

(And yes. I know the rules… Leave the porch light off etc… But there are local children that I do love).
