Old friends

The postie came this morning and it was the lady who delivered to us when we first moved here. Amber remembered that she always had biscuits with her.  We haven’t seen her for ages but she turned up trumps again.

We called round to see R&S as they were busy getting ready for S’s parent arrival tomorrow and tackling the long wedding jobs list. We needed to know what we are required to do to help.

I’d just spent a couple of hours in the garden tidying up. I thought that it would be too cold but wasn’t when I got going. 

When we got back I cracked on with tidying my sewing room. It was a bit of a tip with me being out at the quilting sessions last weekend. I’d accumulated a load of stuff for that and the two sessions during the week. 

I was inspired when seeing how hard R & S are working at present.
