Christmas Cactus

FRIDAY

A mild but overcast start to November.

I took down all the Hallowe'en decorations this morning and disposed of the pumpkin which was pretty well cooked by the heat of the paraffin burner which I had used instead of the normal candle.

This afternoon I drove down to East Parade at Rhyl for a game of bowls with Paul and Dave and with a quick shop at Sainsbury's on the way home.

In the last couple of days this Christmas Cactus has burst into flower so it's been moved form the kitchen to the living room.
