Notes: Woke before 7a for the first time in awhile! Got up and got the carrots, onion and garlic prepped for the slow cooker and added the whole chicken (from Earth Fare) - smaller chicken so was able to use the med size crock pot. Folded and put away the load of laundry from last night. Lizzy up pretty early then, took her out. ~8a then or a bit after, we headed into town w/ Kathy's car, the 3rd one (Michelle's and mine in the last week and 1/2). Spent quite a bit of time cleaning the outside and inside (were many bugs on the front) - finished just before 10a. Headed back for coffee and to enjoy the gray cool morning. Made Lizzy a plate of food and set it on the couch while I finished my coffee - when I got there, the plate had been cleaned! Sun came out around noon-ish and sat out back for a bit but a bit cooler and big clouds kept passing. Took a shower and tried to rest a bit. Michelle called and was talking to Jo a bit. Texted Tamara about a lymph massage session again and then remembered to call about getting an appt for Lizzy's grooming (today's the 2nd, I couldn't get her in till the 15th - what??!). Ate a mix then, some of the fresh chicken, bowl of tomato soup with stecca garlic bread broiled. Also used up the rest of Kathy's cottage cheese - made the carnivore pizza crust or a wrap and froze it for another day. Also cooked some peas and a piece of salmon for Lizzy and mixed it w/ some of her chicken - she ate most of that. Still had to clean off the chicken for freezing and start the bone broth ... and then all the kitchen cleanup. Seemed like a lot! Did a quick rinse-off after being a bit hot and taking Lizzy out (sun too warm) and then relaxed to some shows. Clocks go back tomorrow! Tired early but then Lizzy ate again around 8p - I took her out expecting a short pee and to bed then and she ended up going almost all the way up the hill!
