Fudge-ness

Had a go at making raw fudge today.

I wasn't convinced the consistency would be right so instead of putting the mixture into a tray for cutting up once set, I poured it into moulds. I will have to have another go to get that fudgy guey-ness right, but the actual yumminess of these is undeniable. It's a straightforward mix of almond butter, cacao, coconut oil and honey. Maybe I'll work in a few dates next time...
