Broad beans & fennel

Got a heap of magical broad beans in my veg box today. Wanted to use them straightaway. I love the depodding these from their velvety cases...

Prepared them simply with a garliccy oil & vinegar dressing, and paired it with some of the leftover sunflower taco stuffing from yesterday for a quick yet substantial supper.
