POULTRY IN MOTION

Well, a wader anyway. A fast-moving Redshank showing where it gets its name from. It might have been more in focus if the afternoon hadn't been so dark and grey.

Apart from a short shopping and blipping outing it's been a bit of a lazy TV-catching-up day. I've got a few more productive things to get on with tomorrow though.

I was also astonished to hear that three out of three items that I posted first class at about 3pm on Friday were all delivered yesterday morning to Hampshire, Surrey and Lincoln. It used not to be a surprise, but everything seemed to have become less reliable in the last few years. Well done posties!
