The house in Middle Street

Going with the Halloween theme here...the creeper is a beautiful colour, but simultaneously a tad overgrown. 

I walked towards S's place but he phoned to say he was ill. I went on down to town anyway to buy a newspaper and some food for S. Walked home, which was surprisingly tiring, and spent the afternoon relaxing. Revived myself in the evening and finished a two sided jigsaw (both sides) while watching two old documentaries on the BBC. S messaged to say he didn't have CoVid and was feeling better. That's a relief. I'll see him tomorrow.
