The edge of Dartmoor

20 minutes around the farm.
30 minutes jogging along Instow beach.
Bideford ParkRun.
An hours drive over to Crewkernwell for a Devon Wildlife photographic workshop.
Nobody in the village was aware of a castle in their village!
Drove over to Castle Drogo and wandered around the area that Dippy was allowed.
I will be honest the recently completed castle was not a great hit with the visitors. Maybe inside may have been more interesting.
The gardens were very well laid out and lawns looked lush but no dogs allowed.
Over to see my Godmother and Auntie Joan. I took the beef stew which I had created the previous day which went down a treat after which we chatted for hours with nobody to interfere ..Gooseberry fool chased down the stew before leaving for the drive to Torrington where I had been invited for a pizza evening. Thin crust pizza when overcooked is quite a challenge but with extra cheese it was devoured in its entirety.
Back home by 09:30 and ready for some zzzzzzzzzs
