Perfect

The weather is cooling nicely now; temperatures are below 30 first thing in the morning. We had a tough dragon boat session (extra) followed by a leisurely breakfast of bacon, sausage and egg butties. 

We chatted with friends before going home to watch the F1 qualifying in the afternoon. In the evening we went to the Sports Bar to watch the main F1 race.
