Sally Mair - Loving life

Baby Day

Today was busy hence this blip being posted the next day!
I went to church first thing, it was lovely to be back and to catch up with everyone.
Once home Ali and the girls had come over on the bus to see Joyce before she left. We all had Sunday lunch (bacon rolls) except for Bonnie who had something more suitable. I drove Joyce and Colin to the station mid-afternoon- Colin on his way to see Nick Cave in Glasgow and Joyce heading back home to Leeds.
After I got back, Ali and I did some very successful Gumtree shopping in preparation for her trip later this year and I went to pick it up while she got the bus home again. The airport bus has been a great boon for us as there was no easy way to Corstorphine from here before.
When I got back Katy had dropped off my car on their way to a firework display at GWC. She and the girls came back here later to stay over as she had an early start in the morning.
I had managed to fit in a quick sweet and sour chicken for tea, from the take away down the road, as I'd had no time to cook anything - it's like that sometimes. Katy had some of the leftover for supper and Colin the rest for lunch next day!
My blip is our smiley 10 month old baby! I love baby hands.
