Final Day

It’s the last day for both campaigns as Election Day is tomorrow. So much is on the line, so much at stake • Yesterday it was sunny and I felt hopeful; today it’s overcast and I’m feeling more down than up but trying to stay positive; tomorrow it’s supposed to rain… • We bundled up in jackets, hats and gloves to walk along the river this afternoon. The highlight was spotting the first mergansers of the season, 2 males and 3 females! Quite a few Canada geese were gathered along the opposite shore • We drove to Hallowell to stroll along the boardwalk, which is where this shot was taken • Fingers crossed for Harris and Walz.
