That is MY lap!

It’s been another dark day, but even colder than yesterday. Cold that seeps into your bones.

I stayed at home. Peter, the piano tuner, came first thing. My piano is much happier since he took over the tuning.

I did a lot of sorting out in the study and knitted

I’ve also watched to the end of The Diplomat series 2. Wow!

The BIG NEWS is that Margret is coming to Hexham General tomorrow. The journey is about 4.5 hours so I hope she is OK.

I will have clean nightwear etc ready for her. She has run out of toothpaste and so on. I ordered new nighties online today. In the meantime I will see if any if mine will do. She usually wears pyjamas but wants warm nighties. She has been cold in the hospital gowns provided for her.

I’m excited to have her back.
