I haven't had a chance to breathe today never mind check journals. Apologies.  

I was woken just after 1am with footsteps on the stairs and came down to the biggest and youngest wildlings on the sofa with the tv on. Xander has been waking up throughout the night for the last month but he unzipped Carson and let him come downstairs.  I wasn't happy to say the least. So we ll went to sleep on the sofas but I didn't go over till after 4am. 

Work went well. Cycled today.  And I'm going a run later. Catch up when I can
