Blooming
It’s been a big day for our daughter-in-law T, because her book was finally published today.
She wrote it to help women entrepreneurs to doubt themselves less so that they can achieve more in their businesses, and it’s packed full of stories of her own experiences in dealing with self-doubt. She’s currently at a beautiful venue in deepest Wiltshire hosting a four-day retreat for some of the women entrepreneurs whom she coaches and mentors, which was timed to coincide with the book launch.
Smithers and I are delighted to have just watched a video of her excitedly unboxing her first batch of books, and she’s also sent us a photo of herself holding the first copy in one hand, with a beautiful bouquet of flowers sent to her by her very proud husband (our eldest son) in the other.
I decided to use this photo of a Just Joey rose in our front garden for my blip today because it reminds me so much of T – vibrant, glowing and an utter delight.
