Remember Remember

Forgotten what I was supposed to remember, Hmmmmmm. Oh yes, the 5th of November, Gunpower Plot and Treason.
On the way back from school the grandparents of two boys, the girls know, asked if we'd like to go over to the playing field at 5pm. They said they have a few fireworks, nothing great, just to give the boys a thrill and we'd be welcome to join in.
We walked across and waited until nearly 25 past 5 but no-one came so we went home.
Maybe I got the time wrong but I don't think so, maybe I got the day wrong and they meant Saturday, no idea. I'll ask them again tomorrow if I see them.
The girls enjoyed the sparklers we took over so all was not completely lost.
