Tessa at 9

Today's the day ........................ for a birthday tea

It's Tessa's 9th birthday today, but because it's the middle of the week with school again tomorrow, the celebrations had to be low key - but nevertheless very enjoyable.

We were invited over for a home-made pizza tea with the girls' other grandparents, Hugh and Moira.  When Rob and Anna had finished work, they came over too and it turned into a bit of a party.  Anna had made the chocolate birthday cake - and it was all delicious.

It has made me think about all the pictures that I have taken of Tessa over the years since Day 1 back in 2015.  And because you can, I did a blipfoto search of my journal to see what it came up with.  What a wonderful lot of memories it brought up too.
