Suspended (Disbe)leaf

It all seems a bit unreal. Did Trump really get re-elected? Challenging times ahead if it is true.

To take our minds off events across the pond we took ourselves to Batsford Arboretum to see if any colour was left. It was another murky, misty day, but I don't actually mind. I quite like the dreaminess of it all. As we walked along mrsfb heard someone say 'look there's a leaf suspended in a web'. Well we had to find it, and we did.

There was still a lot of autumn colour about. The extra show the view down to Batsford House. The figure walking across is another photographer. I think she had the same Sony as me.

On our way home we had to stop to buy some flowers. Apparently tomorrow is the anniversary of me proposing to mrsfb. Who knew?

Historical Society this evening - St Kenelm & St Kenelm’s Way. There will be a bar again.
