The Next Day...

It's hard to think of what to say today - except that the sun still rose, the birds are still singing, and what is done is done.  I am, obviously, profoundly disappointed.  But I am also in the (slim) minority and I believe it was a fair election.  I still have hopes that I will see a woman ascend to the Oval Office in my lifetime.

Most of my day has been spent outside - I needed the feel of the sun on my face and the sounds of nature to help me reset.

And I think it will be dark with sea salt today...
