My friends  in my embroidery group are all fans of 'slow stitching' - a sort of mindful, random embellishment. It's supposed to be very relaxing just getting lost in the stitching and letting your imagination run wild.
So I thought i'd give it a try. I quite enjoyed it (apart from the sequins) and will continue to fill the heart with different stitches.But I didn't find it particularly relaxing .
