Remembrance

This weekend a couple of the family history sites have been offering free access and I have spent much more time than I should sitting at the computer, I was not so much interested in the military side of things but more the 1921 and 1939 registers. I have manged to find a few interesting things such as the great aunt who I knew had been born but could find no further reference to so I assumed she had died at birth. It turns out that she had gone to live with a relative and changed her name slightly. And an uncle in law who I  have always known as Geoff turns out to be a Herbert. Now I have found out his past.
I have always loved family history but I think I will have to give it a rest for a while as my brain is now officially frazzled!
