Grey Heron

I really didn't know what to expect this morning as there was a real barrage of fireworks from the park direction last night . When I arrived I was shocked at the amount that had been let of. The awful people who let them off would not dream of tidying up after themselves so all their rubbish was strewn all over the park. However there were 6 Heron appeared 5 on the slope and the noisy male at the clearing. I was especially pleased to see the little female and the two youngsters. This is the young male, showing he still has some down on his head.
