Polypore/Bracket Fungus

I was cutting back the "undergrowth" in the garden and found these bracket fungi growing near the base of the trunk belonging to an old conifer which really needs cutting down.  Can anyone identify it?

Looked after J this morning while K went to the chiropractor.  Meeting this evening.
