Jay

Not a good photograph through the kitchen window, hoping to get a better one another day.  He has been visiting regularly during the last couple of days so I hope he will continue.  I used to find holes in the ground full of nuts on the edges of fields and wondered who was hiding their winter food away.  After some research it was this bird the Jay.

More cutting away the undergrowth in the garden and finding a lot more space - more tidying work for the future!
