Local sights

It's been a while since I did a winter sunrise. There were a couple of early tasters of what the sunrise looks like when it comes round the side of what we call the NHS building, but otherwise nothing since January. Today was quite striking so worth popping out on to the balcony for.

That gives me an opportunity to observe that it is eerily warm at the moment. I went out yesterday to get a bit of air before going to bed. Remarkably warm. And the same again this morning before 8am when I took this photograph. What that says in terms of global warming is interesting, although obviously in the short term it means my electricity bill is much lower than expected or budgeted for. #smallandunrealmercies

It's been another day of meetings and more things stacking up "to be done". Nice presentation by a project to a Minister this afternoon, though. #onandon
