I've blipped this strange collection of curios before but it always makes me smile when I pass it on my way into town and I enjoy watching it evolve.

My trip into town was two-fold - firstly a visit to the Bank to deposit some donations and secondly a visit to Bookshop where I enjoyed a nice chat with EN who was on duty, speaking about the Bookshop, Scottish Ballet, the local History Group and learning Gaelic.  I also enjoyed a couple of chats with people I knew on my way between the Bank and the Bookshop.  This is one of the (many) things I enjoy about living here is that you very rarely don't meet someone you know when out and about and as a consequence have to factor in extra time when heading for an appointment so you have time for a brief chat at least !

Back home I made roasted red pepper soup for lunch and  a Bolognese  sauce  for tea; both now enjoyed and left-overs in containers for freezing.

I then did some serious Gaelic Grammar studying - getting to grips with verbal nouns and infinitives, especially when pronouns are involved.
