The school run...

Today we picked up Violet from school as you see here but we were awake long before that, 5.50am to be exact.
Last night I did stay up for a while to watch such news as there was on the USA presidential elections but it was not until this morning that we heard the news confirmed.  America has chosen to  go with a misogynistic convicted felon on the grounds that they want a better economy, rather than a Democrat, a woman of colour.  I am concerned for the future of this country and my heart bleeds for those that I know here who wanted the sane alternative.
