It's Abstract Thursday!

Today's effort is a quick shot of rooftops and a crane that briefly appeared in the next road, given the Photospiralysis treatment to the point where it is unrecognisable!  The gloomy colours do reflect the leaden skies that we are experiencing and will continue to experience for some days to come.
To cheer ourselves up, M (my friend and neighbour) and I went to a couple of garden centres not really to look at plants (although I did buy a planter and some cyclamen) but to look at their Ch******s displays, which appear earlier and earlier in the year.  I confess that I did make some purchases including a  half price Halloween Autumn garland.
