Notes: Woke early but didn't get up right away. Left then ~815a, felt like a very long drive to Perfect Balance (about 12 mi, 30 min) - 9a lymph massage w/ Tamara (who did our tuning fork sessions w/ Michelle was here) - was great, was there till 1045a! Went by Earth Fare after that - was another 5 miles from there. Very disappointing visit this time tho, didn't have a lot of things and some expected stuff that wasn't on sale. Only got a few things and headed back. Took Lizzy for the long walk and then did a magnesium/epsom bath. Made food for Lizzy & I then, baked some salmon, made eggs - all took awhile and then cleanup. Late afternoon, I got logins and info from Michelle Dion for my new contract work and was able to start on that - branded a Holiday Guide (10 pgs) in Canva from a template, was quick and fun! Forecast to rain most of the day but really didn't see much of anything but a little spit here and there (very disappointing). Did another rinse in the evening.
