Thursday: Staff Reinforcement

Today’s job was to go and register with our local doctor which we managed to do fairly seamlessly.  We were told it would be five days before we were confirmed, but it was already all sorted by the end of the day.

We’ve also ordered a new kitchen (well, almost), which is exciting.  It’s all online these days, done with digital imagery.  

This evening it was over to the pub to meet up with B., who was in town for the night.  We haven’t seen her since she and MissRae came to visit us in Canada several years ago.  In my giddy excitement, I may, or may not, have had one pint too many.

This retro timepiece was on our local high street.  I’d love to know what ‘Staff Reinforcement’ means but can’t seem to find out any details.
