What else could you have as you head out in pre-sunrise Madrid to work! How I love this place and its traditions!

It was Yasheen time again at IESE as I launched the Executive Circles component of the Advanced Management Program which has 40 top-top executives from the biggest companies from all over the world taking part.

It remains a challenge of vulnerability to step out in front of them and tell the Yasheen story knowing that it touches me to the core, but it continues to strike home powerfully.
