Useless

Had a bit of a headache when I woke up but pootled on, including a catch up and prep call with JMM about our fundraising committee meeting next week.
After that though I just went into a bit of a slump…. I felt like the weather looked; very dull, grey and gloomy. I couldn’t shift my headache, in fact it seemed worse, so I retreated to the sofa and dozed.
Eventually stirred myself to have a jacket potato and salad for supper before going to see Don Pasquale the opera. A nonsense farce where the woman ends up getting her own way and triumphing over the older more powerful man….so that made a change from the usual plot! Met up with LE there and then bumped into quite a few people I knew, including LH who I’ve been messaging recently about meeting up since I haven’t seen her in a few years. Although it was a good evening I couldn’t shake my headache and just came straight home to bed afterwards. Felt like a mostly wasted day…. I hope I can shake myself out of it over the weekend.
