Day One

While I was in Illinois visiting Rose I promised I would bring back T-Rex and join the T-Rex Planet Tour Cancer Awareness Project .......

So here you see T-Rex remembering his hippy days and posing with flowers in his hair!

To quote Rose ...... It's great to have a bit of fun with T-Rex but he's an important dinosaur. He's going around the world in order to bring cancer awareness to us all. It doesn't matter what cancer or male/female. Unfortunately, cancer doesn't care who gets it.

The dinosaur was chosen for its strength. It's very fitting. People who are battling cancer need both emotional and physical strength to beat it.

T-Rex in Ontario with Circus Girl - Alecio started the project back on 9th March. He profiled T-Rex for seven days and has a Facebook page.

I am going to follow the lead and for the next six days will be including T-Rex in my blips.

This project is to get people together and create cancer awareness through photography.

The T-Rex Planet Tour Cancer Awareness is going to work like this:

One person keeps the T-Rex for a week and take photos portraying the T-Rex however she/he feels like, be creative, have fun.

Dedicate the photos to whoever you feel like and post them here.

When the person finishes with the 7th or more photos she/he will send the T-Rex to another person in any place in this planet and that other person will send to another one and so on...

The project started in Los Angeles, March 9th, and from there the T-Rex is going to Philadelphia, Brazil, England, Scotland, Canada .................




I dedicate this blip to Himself who bravely battled stomach cancer 20 years ago and won the very long, hard fight!
