Notes: Woke mid of night but did finally go back to sleep. Was after 7a till I got up then. Quiet day mostly for Lizzy and I - doing some chores around the house, cooking a bit, laundry, walked the big section. These huge red hills are all over - I poked one w/ my foot the other day and they're crawling w/ all kinds of little insects of some kind (freaky!). Talked to Jo on Zoom around 4p and then had a session w/ Tamara @5p. Had a couple interruptions, one long one and a short one, didn't finish then until 645p. Watched a bit, fed Lizzy again late and took her out and then started to wind down and go to bed tho heard from Michelle so we had a call for hr and 15 min.
