Notes: Woke early, around 5a and never could go back to sleep. Messaged w/ Jo on Signal for a bit and then ended up getting after 6a. Cool and gray (lovely), went for a jog - my last one here this time - and Lizzy face waiting at the front door when I got back so she and I walked the big section. I took a magnesium/epsom bath then and put dishes away. Quiet morning w/ coffee and Lizzy ... mostly relaxing rest of day w/ some football, french toast (sooo good). Broncos had a chance to win in last couple seconds against KC and blew it!
