Another dreary grey day but at least it didn't rain

The local shop was open for business, honestly.

We had welcome guests today. Ell, D and Vixen dropped in for a catchup. They have just returned from a week's holiday in the Lake District and it was good to see them. Tonight we ordered a Chinese takeaway and thoroughly enjoyed it.  Stir fry chicken, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, pineapple and boiled rice.

I had a cold beer and they just had water.

Very convivial but Mrs I is very tired and after the guests returned home we had an early night. It's all catching up on us now!
