Robin

It started off dull and damp, but as the day has progressed we have a little sunshine.  As Bob wants to do some cutting back in the garden this is good news.

Our Remembrance Sunday service was very emotional at church today as Bill gave testimony about his grandfather and tales he had been told when a boy.  People seem anxious nowadays to remember the fallen and the victims of the many wars.  We never seem to learn anything from the conflicts though.

Having a quiet day with some cooking (plum crumble for pudding using our own plums from the freezer) and some reading, a pleasant Sunday.  The robin seemed to be having a quiet day too, and paused for quite a time and allowed me to get some photos, the best of which I have shown today.  He is a lovely little fat thing.......
