WE WILL REMEMBER THEM

Went over to Mum's a little earlier today so we could we watch part of the service from The Cenotaph and pay our respects with the two minute silence.  

This is something I very strongly believe in and it always bothers me when people can't be bothered to do this.  It's not much to ask, once a year have 2 minutes silence plus BUY and wear a poppy for a week or so.  Sorry I will get off my soapbox now. After all we would not have our freedom and way of life now if it wasn't the sacrifice of so many others,  including the animals. 

We also watched the Remembrance Service last night from The Albert Hall. Excellent, thought provoking, tear-jerking and important to watch.

On the way home from Mum's we stopped off in Beetham so I could take a couple of photos of there little memorial for The Fallen.
