Lest We Forget

An afternoon stroll to the war memorial nearest my home in Dumfries. Grateful for a lower chronic pain day.

Both my grandfathers served in WW2, one Scottish and one Welsh.

I don’t think there’s enough support for veterans, much more could be done to support their mental health.
