Waiting for blackbirds

... who usually love cotoneaster berries. These are on a young plant in a tub. It seems to have a more compact growing style than the bigger plant growing in the front garden. I don't think it's just because it's in a tub; I think it's a different genus.

Did some ironing today and watched an old 1950s romance: Doris Day and Rock Hudson in Pillow Talk. Brightened the dull afternoon. Mr PP cut the grass - no mean feat!
