Hoorah...A Glimpse of Sun!
I walked with H in Sheringham Park this morning (wearing my poppy with it being Remembrance Sunday of course).
After days and days of the dullest, gloomiest weather conditions, we finally got a glimpse of the sun. It's been very frustrating that the autumn leaves seem to have looked particularly spectacular this year but the lack of sun hasn't shown them off to their best. I'm not really complaining about the weather though, on the plus side it has been dry and mostly mild.
The sun was low and fleeting. It sort of reappeared a few times during our walk, but there didn't seem to be much strength to it as there was still some high level cloud.
We came across this wonderful mature Acer tree just catching a few rays of sun at the beginning of the walk. Blip sorted.
