The Last Post

We had our Service of Remembrance in church then we paraded to the village cross for our 2 minutes of silence. All went well and the rain held off.

Car drivers through the village politely stopped during this time but we had no sooner finished the service when we were surrounded by rally cars! The narrow roads still had pedestrians and cars were circling round us. Really bad timing.
