Lest We Forget

Armistice Day. Appreciating the horrors and suffering our ancestors suffered for our freedom but praying daily for those still caught up around the world in the tragedy of war. 

"When will they ever learn?" asked Bob Dylan.

I had a busy day with a Social Club Committee meeting to plan next year's timetable. This enables us to hand out copies at the Christmas Dinner.

In the evening I went for my jabs then on to a meeting about children and church. It was run by the lady who had helped us with our Holiday Club. Going to that I had to miss a PCC meeting. Busy! I'll get a lot of time to sit around tomorrow.
