Mrs M and I ar another Mercury nominated jazz act; 2024. Outstanding (a word I use a lot I know).  More my usual style,  and a 5 piece band on this tour given his recent success. and great improvisations/ solo slots from the band members.

Wellbeing

Done very little since Thursday night, cutting out many usual planned activities. Watching our son play rugby Saturday mandatory though! No church and no Vinyl Sundays pre-gig (Joni Mitchell).

I definitely need a sustained reset, so have started to re-visit the very gentle mindful movements that first helped me 4 years ago, stopping instantly you feel anything tightening at all. I'm also re-visiting the other live well with pain material from various programmes and sources and drinking mainly camomile tea.
